By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry form, or opting in to receive text messages from Lending Arena, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Lending Arena operates an SMS messaging program for customers and prospective customers who have provided their phone number and affirmatively opted in (for example, by checking the consent checkbox on an inquiry form). The program is designed to support our mortgage origination services. The following terms apply:
The Lending Arena SMS program sends informational and transactional text messages related to mortgage inquiries and active loan applications. Participation is free to join but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

We do not send promotional, advertising, or unsolicited marketing text messages through this program.
You opt in to the SMS program by affirmatively checking the consent checkbox on any inquiry form on the Site that includes the box, or by replying with an opt-in keyword in response to a verification message from us. Opt-in is voluntary and is not a condition of obtaining a loan or any other product or service from Lending Arena.
Message frequency varies based on the stage of your inquiry or loan file. Typical participants receive between 2 and 15 messages per month during an active mortgage application; volume is lower for general inquiries and higher during the underwriting and closing phases.
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Lending Arena does not charge you to send or receive text messages through the program. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Reply HELP to any text message from us to receive support information, including our contact phone, email, and a link to this Terms of Service page.
Reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out of all future SMS messages from Lending Arena. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will receive no further texts unless you opt back in.
The SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Google Fi, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you experience issues receiving messages, contact your wireless carrier.
Information collected through the SMS program — including your phone number and the content of your communications — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile-opt-in data or SMS phone numbers with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is collected and used solely to provide the SMS service you have requested.
By submitting your information on the Site, you consent to receive communications from Lending Arena via the methods you have provided (phone, email, SMS where opted in). You can adjust your communication preferences at any time by emailing privacy@lendingarena.com or replying STOP to text messages.
The information provided on the Site, including but not limited to loan program descriptions, eligibility guidelines, rate examples, and general guidance, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Loan eligibility, terms, rates, and approval are subject to credit, income, property, and underwriting requirements and are not guaranteed. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Lending Arena. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site or service. Accessing a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Lending Arena or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
The Site and the services provided through it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lending Arena disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Loan rates, fees, and program terms displayed or referenced on the Site are illustrative only and subject to change without notice. Actual rates and terms depend on borrower credit, income, property, and other underwriting factors and are confirmed in writing in your loan disclosures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lending Arena and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the SMS program, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if Lending Arena has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, post a notice on the Site or notify you by email if we have your address on file. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
